Rules of Conduct between Management and Painters

  • Treat every painter with respect. When a situation of concern occurs, find out all facts and then discuss and make actions.

  • Every painter is treated fairly. Fairly does not mean equally. If one painter is showing great initiative, those actions will be rewarded fairly.

  • To work with the painter as long as they are willing to reflect a positive attitude and abide by the systems we have put in place.

  • To provide training in presentation, trade, communication, financial and business education.


Type of painters that we should have on our teams.

  • Have the same values as the company.

  • Able to arrive on time.

  • Have the ability to do their work with quality craftsmanship and be willing to always learn and share.

  • Be presentable and polite to both people inside the company and to our clients.
