Treat every painter with respect. When a situation of concern occurs, find out all facts and then discuss and make actions.
Every painter is treated fairly. Fairly does not mean equally. If one painter is showing great initiative, those actions will be rewarded fairly.
To work with the painter as long as they are willing to reflect a positive attitude and abide by the systems we have put in place.
To provide training in presentation, trade, communication, financial and business education.

Have the same values as the company.
Able to arrive on time.
Have the ability to do their work with quality craftsmanship and be willing to always learn and share.
Be presentable and polite to both people inside the company and to our clients.
