What color should we paint our Office or Workspace?

Changing the color of your office can be a great way to help employees feel more at home. If you've been working in the same space for a long time, it can be easy to get into a rut, and sometimes even forget why you love your job.

A fresh coat of paint can be just what you need to remind yourself why you work here!

Why should you paint your Office?

If you're curious about how painting your office could impact your team's performance, we've got some great news for you. According to a case study by researchers at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, painting an office can actually boost employee satisfaction by up to 10%! That's because when people see their surroundings changing—especially in places that they spend so much time—it creates an opportunity for them to reflect on themselves and their work environment. It's not just about whether or not they like the color; it's about seeing themselves differently than they might have before.

And this isn't just true for offices either: similar studies have shown that changing up any aspect of your physical space—from lighting to furniture placement—can have a significant impact on employee performance and engagement levels as well.

Painting your workspace will make a huge impact at work.

Improve moral, creativity and help people love where they work.

What color should we paint our office?

There are a lot of factors to consider when choosing the right color for your office.

First, you need to think about the kind of work you do and what kind of atmosphere you want to create. For example, if you're in a creative field like graphic design or marketing, go with something bold like red or purple! Or if you're in a more serious field like accounting or law, go with something more subtle like beige or navy blue.

Second, think about what colors already exist in your office space. If there are already lots of reds and purples around, maybe it's time for something different! If there aren't many colors at all (maybe just some neutrals), then maybe it's time to bring in some bright pops of color!

Thirdly, consider what colors are trendy right now. You can always look on Pinterest for inspiration—we've got loads of boards dedicated to everything from "office decor" to "color schemes"!

Should we use our company logo colors?

Yes, you should. But only after you've tested them out.

Your brand's color palette is one of the most important aspects of your brand identity, and it's essential that you get it right. But that doesn't mean you need to use your brand's colors on every single piece of content you create for your business. It's OK to play with different color palettes in your design experiments, so long as you remember this rule of thumb: test early, test often—and don't be afraid to try new things!

If you're not sure where to start with testing out color palettes for your brand, here are some tips:

- Use Brand Colors as a Base Color Palette

While there are plenty of designers out there who will tell you that all branding should be limited to two colors (one primary and one secondary), if you want to make sure that all of your marketing materials look consistent but still stand out from one another, use the base color palette from your logo as a starting point.

Tip: If your logo colours are both strong dark colours, you may want to use an off white paint color or a light grey paint color as your main color of the office and add in your logo colours for areas such as a feature wall or your accents such as your doors and frames.
