We loved preparing this house for the homeowner and her realtor. The three of use worked together along with a color consultant to find the perfect color to make this starter home look large and inviting.
When I called the homeowner the week after we finished to see how selling was going, I was amazed when she told me that the house sold within 24 hours of it being on the market. What is more amazing is that there were multiple offers and it sold for asking price. Amazing what can happen when you do just these three things when selling your home.

Here are 3 Reasons why we believe this home sold so quickly.1. Staging.
You have to admit that the style the designer has is amazing. She staged this home with such detail and truly kept the space of the home open and free.Staging a home can increase a home's selling price and the likelihood that it will sell quickly as it helps prospective buyers better imagine how they can use the livable space.
2. Color and Paint.With the help of our color consultant, we were able to find the perfect off white color for the walls. We were also able to save the client money by finding a color that would work with the doors and trim which were in good condition and didn't need to be painted. We used Swiss Coffee from Benjamin Moore for the color of the walls to create a light and clean look so that potential buyers would focus on the home and help imagine themselves living in this space.
